PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute drive control of a cam member having a low-cost constitution and to prevent abnormal noises from occurring, when the cam member is driven. SOLUTION: The drive control method for the cam member has a DC motor to drive the cam member, a driving means to drive the DC motor, and a control means which executes the drive control of the cam member, by repeating a process to impress power from the driving means to the DC motor and a process which does not impress power a plurality number of times, and at the same time, which controls the driving means so as to increase the power to be impressed by the process to impress the power, together with the number of repetition.
