<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle inspection system which inspects a vehicle with keeping a user waiting in a customer waiting room area of a maintenance shop, and with having the user observe progress of the inspection. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle inspection system prepares at least a vehicle reception area A, a customer waiting room area B, and a vehicle inspection/maintenance area C. A front terminal 10 is installed in the vehicle reception area A, a user terminal 20 is installed in the customer waiting room area B, and a portable terminal 30 is prepared in the vehicle inspection/maintenance area C, and each of these terminals is connected online. Meanwhile, a vehicle relevant database 60 is connected to either the front terminal 10 or the user terminal 20 directly or via a server 50, besides, status of the inspection/result of the determination or the like in items of vehicle inspection can be displayed in real time on the user terminal 20 and the portable terminal 30, because at least they are synchronized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
