PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring pattern determining method whereby a wiring pattern to remove cross talk noise can be automatically determined and inexpensively materialized, a wiring pattern determining device, and a program. SOLUTION: This method has a process to determine a first wiring pattern by giving a first parameter to prevent dielectric breakdown of components in an integrated circuit to a wire pattern determining algorithm to determine a wiring pattern connected to the components in accordance with a prescribed rule, and a process to change the first wiring pattern to a second wiring pattern by giving a second parameter to prevent cross talk noise to a wiring connected to a prescribed terminal to the wiring pattern determining algorithm.
