PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suppressing implement for simply preventing blur in taking picture by a video camera. SOLUTION: A telescopic rod and a grip handle are integrally attached to both sides of a base. A screw attachable/detachable to/from the video camera is mounted on the upper face of the base. The telescopic rod can be extended to a proper length, and is made to abut on the shoulder in a properly extended state. The grip handle is raised vertically and held by the right or left hand. Thus the telescopic rod is temporarily fixed to the shoulder to form a triangular trust. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
