PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit with a sensor improved in disassembling performance. SOLUTION: A sensor device 2 has a plurality of sensors 12A, 12B and 12C arranged in the circumferential direction opposite to a pulser ring 3 with a space at integer times corresponding to a pitch of the pulser ring 3 and connected in series to have the same polarity. These plurality of magnetic sensors 12A, 12B and 12C are divided into two groups of the sensor 12A having a space corresponding to an even number pitch and the sensor 12B having a space corresponding to an odd number pitch with a reference of the predetermined magnetic sensor 12C. A signal output plus terminal of the magnetic sensor 12A of one of the groups is connected to a plus side of the series connection, and a signal output minus terminal thereof is connected to a minus side of the series connection.
