TESTING DEVICE AND TESTING METHOD FOR ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT PROTECTION CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally test a protection circuit by electrifying a main circuit of electric equipment with the current from a temporary power source device. SOLUTION: The temporary power source device 19 is connected to a grounding switch connection position 20 on a high-voltage side of a main transformer 12. In the condition that a generator 11 is separated from the main circuit, one end of each of through cables 24 is connected to each of three phases on a low-voltage side of the main transformer 12, and the other end thereof are connected to generate three-phase short circuit condition through a bushing current transformer 17 for detecting the current of the generator 11. The temporary power source device 19 supplies a test power source to the main circuit in this condition. A clamp meter 30a measures voltage, current and phase on a secondary side of the current transformer 16 and the bushing current transformer 17 for detecting current on a high-voltage side of the main transformer 12.
