PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily perform antibody test by providing a blood corpuscle reagent which can be previously prepared and used on occasion, and can be sealed in a reaction container for antibody test in a long-storable state. SOLUTION: This red-corpuscle reagent for testing blood-group antibodies in blood is characterized in that red corpuscles are suspended in an aqueous medium including a gelatinizer, and gelated by being refrigerated to keep a solid form while returning to a liquid state at use temperatures.
