PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermal insulation coating and its construction method for preventing peeling-off of a ceramic layer by a simple configuration and to provide a turbine member on which the thermal insulation coating is applied and a gas turbine provided with the turbine member. SOLUTION: A vertically cracked membrane is provided in a front fringe part 3a of a blade part 3, and the other part is an ordinary porous membrane. To explain concretely, the vertically cracked membrane is applied to a section shown by a diagonal line in Fig. a and shown by a scope A in Fig. b. It is in a scope of, for example, about 15 mm on a belly side from a front fringe and about 15 mm on a back side from a front fringe part root to an upper end. The porous membrane is applied to the other scope. The front fringe uses a line (not shown) on which, for example, a shower head (a cooling hole) of the front fringe part 3a is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the blade part 3 as a reference position.
