PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system and a method for effectively ventilating a space which is provided in a wall system for a structure. SOLUTION: The wall system for the structure includes a slender backing board material with a plurality of air passages which are directed in a transverse direction. The backing board material is arranged in a first enclosing layer of a wall, and covered with a second enclosing layer. In the backing board material, a plurality of closed cavities, that are, air spaces, are formed by separating the first and second enclosing layers at an interval. The cavities are fluidally connected to one another via air passages in the backing board material, and can also be fluidally connected to the outdoor air. Thus, the air can be circulated from an outdoor side via substantially all parts of the cavities so as to promote the drying of the first and second enclosing layers.
