PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide-adhering sheet without requiring the formation of a foundation layer and securing permeability to atmosphere on the surface of the titanium oxide. SOLUTION: This titanium oxide-adhering sheet is obtained by immersing a raw material fabric of the sheet in a sodium alginate solution dispersed with mask melon type titanium oxide powder for attaching the mask melon type titanium oxide to the fabric in a powder-attaching process, drying in a first drying process, immersing in a calcium chloride solution in an adhesion process and then drying in a second drying process to make the mask melon type titanium oxide attached to the fabric firmly adhere with calcium chloride. Thereby, it becomes possible so as to protect the fabric from a contact with titanium oxide by simple processes without forming the foundation layer and also secure the permeability to the atmosphere on the surface of the titanium oxide.
