PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reel tape which prevents damage to a chip and is convenient for transport. SOLUTION: The reel tape comprises a base tape (2) wound around a reel, a chip mounting section provided on the base tape and on which the chip (1) is mounted, an adhesive (12) provided on the chip mounting section and to which the chip is attached, a protective bar (13) provided on the base tape almost in parallel with the feed direction of the tape along the chip mounting section and for preventing the chip from contacting the base chip when the base tape is wound, and a tape bending section (15) which is mounted to almost intersect with the feed direction of the base tape at an end of the chip mounting section in the base tape.
