PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle holder capable of being also applied to a lightweight thin-walled bottle, facilitating a bottle installation or its holding and further easily performing a pouring-out operation. SOLUTION: A nozzle part of a bottle is put at an opening part 32 of a bottle installing part 31, the bottle is put into a cover part 30 to enable the bottle to be easily installed. The installed bottle can be held while both side surfaces are held with a resilient pressing part 61, resulting in that the stored content in the bottle can be easily poured out of the held bottle by holding a handle part 41 or by inclining it while a hand is inserted between the handle part 41 and the bottle and the bottle is being contacted with a ground.
