PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage cooling and spouting unit in a separate-type beverage cooling and supplying device for directly refrigerating a beverage cooling chamber by bringing a bulkhead into contact with cooling water. SOLUTION: The bulkhead 50 is placed between the cooling chamber 20 and a beverage outlet chamber 26. The center of the bulkhead 50 is formed of a cylindrical recess 52 recessed downward. The bottom of the recess 52 is in contact with the cooling water. The peripheral region of the bulkhead 50 is made higher than the surface of the water in an annular form, so that the peripheral region of an upper part of the cooling chamber 20 serves as an empty region 51. The cooling chamber 20 is equipped with numerous straight tubes 27 which pass through the bulkhead 50. A beverage is cooled by the cooling water introduced from a cooling water inlet tube 28 of the cooling chamber 20 when it passes through the straight tubes 27 and is led into the beverage outlet chamber 26. The recess 52 of the bulkhead 50 is in contact with the cooling water, thereby cooling the beverage in the chamber 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
