PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reduction of the number of mounting parts of ECU (electronic control unit) in an instrument panel and reduction of mounting volume of the ECU. SOLUTION: The ECU case 10 is integrally molded on a back surface of the instrument panel 1 made of resin. In the ECU case 10, multi-stage storing parts 11 of a base plate are constituted by vertical walls 12a and horizontal walls 12b. The ECU base plate 20 is fitted from an opening 15 of the case 10 and an end of the base plate is engaged with a recessed part 13 and a projection 14 provided on the vertical wall 12b. After fitting, the opening 15 is covered with a lid 30. An opening 32 for connecting a base plate connector 21 and the outside is provided on the lid 30. Thereby, since a plurality of ECUs can be collectively arranged, the number of parts are made less as compared with an individual storage case and a gap for preventing interference with other members is eliminated to reduce the mounting volume.
