PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder in which ink and foreign substances adhered to the nozzle of an inkjet head is removed and a thickened substance of ink is not deposited on the sides of the inkjet head. SOLUTION: The inkjet recorder comprises a blade provided with a water repellent section and a hydrophilic section, and a nozzle cover of the head provided with a water repellent section on the opposed surfaces and the sides thereof.
