PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve capable of setting positions of locking a coil for the number of engagement units, and enhancing the degree of versatility of the system design without machining difficulty. SOLUTION: In a stepping motor-operated valve having a coil 8 to be fitted to a rotor case 60 with a rotor built therein, a plurality of first engagement units 61-64 which are displaced on the circumference at an equal angle are provided on the rotor case 60 side, and a plurality of second engagement units 91-96 which have a structure to be engaged with the first engagement units and are displaced at an equal angle different from that of the first engagement units are provided on the coil 8 side.
