PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic display which makes menu operation possible without using an arrow button. SOLUTION: This electronic display is provided with a visual display 202 which pivots about a certain point 212 and switches 204, 206, 208, 210 placed downwards of respective edges of the display 202. The visual display is utilized in order to operate the switches 204, 206, 208, 210. Moreover, the electronic display may be provided with a transparent deflection cover (302) which extends over edges of the visual display (304) and switches placed below the cover.
