PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and efficiently defoam a negative electrode gel manufactured by mixing while stably maintaining its state without storing it in a vessel interior. SOLUTION: The negative electrode gel obtained by a gel manufacturing process is continuously dropped into a pressure reduction vessel 30, it is collided against a disc 40 horizontally rotating in the vessel 30 interior, it is scattered against an inner wall face 34 of a vessel 30 side part, gel flowing along the inner wall face 34 is collected in a funnel like part 36, and it is continuously sucked and discharged from a lower part of the funnel like part 36 by a pump 38.
