PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain image data having excellent color reproducibility of high sensitivity and high resolution by suppressing the occurrence of a false signal or a false color in a single board type color solid state imaging device. SOLUTION: In the color solid state imaging device including a plurality of photoelectric conversion regions 10 arranged in an array state on the surface of a semiconductor substrate, the inside of the individual conversion regions 10 are surface divided into a plurality of partitions R, G1, G2 and B which respectively output a plurality of photoelectric conversion signals of different spectral sensitivities, and are formed. Thus, the occurrence of the false signal or the false color is suppressed, and the image data having the excellent color reproducibility of the high sensitivity and the high resolution can be obtained.
