PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical piece searching method, a musical piece searching device and a musical piece searching program for highly accurately searching a musical piece desired by a user. SOLUTION: The musical piece searching device is provided with an operation unit 2 for setting a representative musical piece serving as the base for search and a search processing unit 3 for comparing the representative musical piece with a plurality of musical pieces to be searched based on the similarity, and for selecting a plurality of musical pieces having a high degree of similarity based on the comparison result, and for generating a musical piece list in which the plurality of selected musical pieces are sorted in an ascending order or descending order based on the number of times of reproduction associated with each of the plurality of selected musical pieces.
