PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small ventilator for performing automatic ventilation control depending on temperature environment. SOLUTION: An operating plate 20 is turnably and slidably supported on a body 10 and it is movable closer to or farther from a main wall with turning operation for opening/closing a vent hole. The body 10 houses a moving cam member 47 and a fixed member 50. The moving cam member 47 is energized in the opposite direction by a shape memory alloy spring 45 and a bias spring 46. The operating plate 20 is turned in cooperation with a first cam follower portion 23a of the operating plate 20 with the movement of the moving cam member 47. Thus, the springs 45, 47 are balanced to control the opening/closing of the operating plate 20 depending on the temperature environment. The operating plate 20 is slid by the movement of an operation knob 30 from an automatic control position to a forcible closure position and it is forcibly closed by the cam operation of the fixed cam member 50 on the second cam follower portion 24a of the operating plate 20.
