PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that wrong operation occurs because a child, an aged person or a person who first operates a hot water supply tap cannot directly identify the stop of water from the hot water supply tap. SOLUTION: This hot water supply device comprises a flow sensor 101, a water volume valve 111, a heater 103, a bypass circuit 114, a controller 107, and a remote control 108. When hot water from the hot water supply tap 106 to a bath tab is completely set with the operating instruction of the remote control 108 to set the hot water, the heater is stopped and the water volume valve 111 stops the flow of water into the heater 103 and controls the flow of water into the bypass circuit 114.
