PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive operation amount detection device capable of preventing supply of wasteful hydraulic fluid. SOLUTION: This operation amount detection device (1) is constituted so as to detect the operation amount for operating a plurality of hydraulic actuators connected with a single hydraulic circuit. The operation amount detection device (1) comprises: the plurality of operating parts (2) for inputting the operation amount for operating the plurality of hydraulic actuators; the plurality of detection switches (14) for detecting whether or not the plurality of operating parts are operated; a single operation amount sensor (8) for detecting the amount of operating each operating part; a manipulated amount transmitting means (10) for selectively transmitting to the single operation amount sensor; a controller (16) for controlling flow rate of the hydraulic fluid flowing to the hydraulic circuit. The controller (16) controls the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid flowing to the hydraulic circuit, based on the information indicating which operating part is operated and detected by the detection switch, and the information of the operation amount which is transmitted to the operation amount sensor by the operation amount transmitting means, and measured by the operation amount sensor.
