PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To represent the result of running simulation using a running curve in a way easy to understand, to be easily utilized in the operation schedule and the arrangement of running in a station and a rail yard and the linear improvement schedule. SOLUTION: An operator determines a second train by designating a course and the kind of train, and determines a first train by deciding the course, the kind of train and a traveling time of the second train. A s-t operation curve representing a position and a time of the first train is drawn on a distance-time plane on the basis of the operation curve information and the operation time interval information, and a s-t operation curve representing a position and a time of the second train free from the competition of the first train and the second train is drawn.
