PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen operator's visibility by reducing the expansion of a frame part of the windshield glass as small as possible in mounting a weather strip in the windshield of a cab, and to simplify a structure to reduce the cost without accumulation of the dust and soil in the weather strip mounting frame. SOLUTION: A lower side part 12a of a window frame opened at its lower face is fixed along a lower end part of an inner face of the windshield glass 11. A main lip 21 is mounted on one face of the weather strip 20, a mounting rib 22 is mounted on the other face, and further a glass holding lip 23 is mounted at a specific interval from the mounting rib 22. The mounting rib 22 of the weather strip is inserted into a groove of the lower side part 12a of the window frame, and the weather strip 20 is mounted in a state of holding the lower end part of the windshield glass 11 between the mounting rib 22 and the glass holding lip 23.
