<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for controlline the elongation percentage on a continuous long-sized material processing line the accuracy of control of which is improved by facilitating the recognition of signal polarity, consistency of a pulse value, or the like by visualizing the input state of a pulse train signal. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a circuit 2 for controlling the travelling speed of the long-sized material on the basis of the frequency deviation between pulse train signals C<SB>1</SB>and C<SB>2</SB>, a sensor means for feeding speed information back to a control circuit 2 as two pulse train signals C<SB>1</SB>and C<SB>2</SB>and a means 28 for indicating the input state of the pulse train signals C<SB>1</SB>and C<SB>2</SB>. The control circuit 2 includes an arithmetic part 20 for calculating comparison reference value C2ref on the basis of the pulse train signal C<SB>1</SB>, a means 21 for generating count deviationΔC<SB>2</SB>corresponding to the frequency deviation by comparing the comparison reference value with the pulse count value of the pulse train signal C<SB>2</SB>and a indicating means 27 for outputting the input state of the pulse train signals to an indicating means 28, and the input signal is processed by a software (S/W). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
