<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively easily provide an operator with information such as, for example, information for dealing with an abnormal condition when the abnormal condition has occurred in a parking facility 10. <P>SOLUTION: The abnormal condition on the parking facility side is detected by a condition detection part 17, and the result of the detection is transmitted to a terminal unit 30 of monitoring facility on a monitoring center side through a communication circuit 8.
