摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for performing ultrasonic flaw detection or ultrasonic cleaning of an object surface by covering the object surface in gas with a region filled with liquid and moving the region, and sucking and collecting the liquid from the object surface being wetted by the liquid for drying, and performing suction onto the object surface for automatic traveling. SOLUTION: The apparatus moving along the object surface has a first three-dimensional region having an annular surface A, and a second three-dimensional region having a surface B located inside the surface A. The surface A is the boundary surface between the object surface and the first region, and the surface B is the boundary surface between the object surface and the second region. An outer seal member is provided at a part for prescribing the boundary line outside the surface A, and an inner seal member is provided at a part for prescribing the boundary line inside the surface A. The first region is connected to a means for sucking gas, and the second region is connected to a means for supplying liquid. The first region is located at the downstream side of gas for surrounding the apparatus, and the first region is located on the downstream side of the second region.
