PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device of a DVD audio disk which is easy to handle and by which reproduction can be performed easily by a user when an audio signal is recorded mainly. SOLUTION: A CONT pack detecting part 3 and a A-CONT pack detecting part 9 detect respectively CONT pack, A-CONT pack in the data reproduced from a DVD audio disk 1, and set control parameters to parameter parts 8, 14, while writing successively a V pack, an A pack controlled by the CONT pack and the A-CONT pack in a V pack buffer 4 and a pack buffer 10. Video signals and audio signals in the pack written in the V pack buffer 4 and the A pack buffer 10 are taken out in the order of packs based on SCR in the V pack and the A pack, or taken out in order of output time based on PTS in the CONT pack and the A-CONT pack.
