PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner and a developer capable of producing an image, on demand, containing DNA, RNA, etc., and having a molecular biological identifiability by using an electrophotographic process in place of printing. SOLUTION: An image is formed by an electrophotographic process using the nucleotide polymer-containing toner and the developer. By using the nucleotide polymer-containing toner and the developer, an image having a molecular biological identifiability can be produced on demand using an electrophotographic process in place of printing.
