<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display device having high display grade, wherein a reflection plate having satisfactory reflection properties can be manufactured easily and with good reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: A positive photosensitive resin 9 is applied on a substrate at a thickness 3 μm (a). A first area of the photosensitive resin is exposed with 40 mj by using a first photomask 19 to form recessed and projecting parts on the surface thereof (b) and a second area of the photosensitive resin 9 is exposed with 240 mj by using a second photomask 20 so that the integrated value of exposure light quantity is more than that of the first area to form recessed parts having a remaining film quantity less than that of the first area (c). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
