PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance of a controller, and to prevent damage to the controller. SOLUTION: A casing 44 of an auxiliary power assisting device 3 composing pedal stepping force and the auxiliary power of an electric motor 45 and transmitting that to a driving wheel is mounted on a generally center of a vehicular body frame 2 in a side view of a vehicular body. The controller 43 for controlling output of the electric motor 45 is provided, and the controller 43 is arranged along a surface of the casing 44.
