PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layer sheet urethane pad in which the upper layer pad and the lower layer pad of the sheet of a double-layer urethane structure are easily fixed at low costs and to provide a method for fixing the same. SOLUTION: In the double-layer sheet urethane pad obtained by placing an upper layer pad 1 consisting of a front pad 1a and a rear pad 1b on the upper surface of a sheet pad main body 5 of a lower layer, a plurality of thin fixing fins 2 and 3 having holes 4 for hog rings are formed on both of the right and left sides of the front pad 1a and the rear pad 1b and between the front pad 1a and the rear pad 1b. On the upper surface of the sheet pad main body 1, fixing parts 6 and 7 provided with the latching sticks 8 of the hog rings are formed at sites corresponding to the respective fixing fins 2 and 3 to fix the respective fixing fins 2 and 3 to the upper surface of the sheet pad main body 1 with the hog rings.
