PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can accurately determines a failure section of a bus bar failure which has occurred in a receiving line or a doll portion of a bank, when the bus bar receives power with the one receiving line or the one bank. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a single-line receiving failure detecting portion 3m, which detects the occurrence of a bus failure at a doll portion, when it is only the one that feeds power to a bus bar 1, from an output of a direction relay 3g that determines the direction of a failure current flowing in the bus bar 1 from the doll portion, the output of an overcurrent relay 3i that determines the largeness of the failure current, and the output of a direction relay 3k that determines the direction of a load current; and a single-line receiving failure detecting portion 3n, which detects occurrence of a bus failure at the doll portion, when it is only the one that feeds power to a bus bar 2, from the output of a direction relay 3h that determines the direction of a failure current flowing in the bus bar 2 from the doll portion, the output of an overcurrent relay 3j that determines the size of the failure current, and the output of a direction relay 3l that determines the direction of the load current.
