PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power unit have a power failure detecting function with saved wiring, and further to optionally set a detected voltage to be detected as a power failure or a detection time according to the request of a user. SOLUTION: Power source units 1-3 and power failure detecting units 4 are coupled with one another by connectors 16B-1 and 16B-2 on an AC output side and detecting connectors 23A-1 and 23A-2 so that it can detect the power stoppage of an AC input from a power unit 3 and that the specified voltage detected in a power failure detecting circuit 11 can be set variably by a voltage adjusting volume 8.
