PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display and measurement device which improves certainty and functionality indicating a color frame timing when an error of an operator is appropriately minimized by quickly, easily and precisely measuring the timing difference between video signals. SOLUTION: A graphic display area 12 of a display screen 10 displays horizontal timing offsets on a lateral axis and displays vertical timing offsets on a longitudinal axis. A reference instruction 14 is an index for a reference video signal and a timing instruction 16 is an index for an input video signal. Besides, a numeric display area 18 which is provided adjacently to the graphic display area displays an absolute timing offset between video signals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
