PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for allowing electronic equipment belonging to a home network to realize a more advanced function by utilizing person's location information in a house obtained via the home network. SOLUTION: Whether the person is awake and which room the person is in are specified on the basis of the person's location information and its change are used to operate an optimum device.
