PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dream-filled picture book for users, especially for children, by integrating material information such as storytelling animations and still pictures including the character information of heros or heroines of popular comics, talents, etc. and photographic data of a user to create an original picture book. SOLUTION: A synthesized picture obtained by combining photographic data of the user which are photographed with a camera 2 and background information consisting of a animation video read from a storage part 14 or one scene of consecutive still pictures is printed on a seal by a seal print means 11. Then literal information reflecting a story displayed on a display part 3 and character information are printed on a pasteboard by a pasteboard print means 12, and the seal is stuck onto a picture book obtained by cutting and sticking the pasteboard.
