PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calling service method and a calling system provided with a contents certification function, capable of preparing fair calling record evidence, by recording callings under conditions which are fair for both the calling and the called parties. SOLUTION: A calling terminal 20, a service organization 40 and a called terminal 30 are mutually connected via a telephone exchange 51. The service organization 40 notifies a called side, in advance, or that all the contents of calling are to be stored for a predetermined period by the service organization 40, enables a three-party call among the terminal 20, 30 and the organization 40 on the consent, and records the contents of the call and the time information. In this way, it can be certified afterward of the fact that the time information to be stored together with the calling data is exact, and that the organization 40 instead of a concerned party records, stores and manages the data in such condition as no tampering allowed. One proposal for the use this method is for the call contents to be encrypted so that the calling contents cannot be reproduced; unless the web site of the organization 40 is used, when the concerned party side stores the data.
