PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture of a laminated ceramic electronic component representatively like a laminated ceramic capacitor which particularly improves yield of an electrostatic capacitance value in electric characteristics and is excellent in durability and safety, and the laminated ceramic electronic component. SOLUTION: The manufacture is characterized by successively implementing a step of manufacturing a raw chip by cutting, into a predetermined form, a laminate formed by alternately laminating a ceramic sheet at least containing a ceramic powder, a resin and a plasticizer and an inner electrode sheet, a step of manufacturing a hardened chip in which the raw chip is heat-treated to thermally decompose only the plasticizer component, and a step of putting the hardened chip into a barrel together with a medium and applying dry barrel working thereto.
