PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency coil in which the leak of a high frequency signal can be extremely reduced over a wide frequency range from a low frequency to a high frequency. SOLUTION: A top side terminal part 11A of a winding wire of a high frequency coil 10 equipped with the winding wire in which a gold plated copper wire or a gold wire with a diameter≤100[μm] is coiled in the shape of cone with a height≤3 [mm] and a maximum bottom surface diameter≤2 [mm], and a conical core composed of a material diffusing a magnetic powder in a resin is connected to a high frequency line 22 of a circuit board 21, the bottom surface of the high frequency coil 10 is lifted from the circuit board 21, and a bottom surface terminal part 11B of the high frequency coil 10 is connected to a DC bias supply part. A DC bias may be appropriately supplied to the high frequency line 22 of an extremely high frequency. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
