MOLDABILITY IMPROVING AGENT FOR VEGETABLE CANDLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glycerol fatty acid ester and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester preventing the deterioration and cracking of a solidified state and improving the so-called moldability during molding a vegetable candle or an oil and fat for the vegetable candle having improved moldability by including the glycerol fatty acid ester and the polyglycerol fatty acid ester and to provide the candle produced by using the oil and fat. SOLUTION: The characteristic is to use the glycerol fatty acid ester and the polyglycerol fatty acid ester composed of one or two or more kinds selected from 8-22C saturated fatty acids and 8-22C unsaturated fatty acids as a moldability improving agent for the vegetable candle. The moldability of the vegetable candle can be improved by adding the moldability improving agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
