PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transferring stepwise liquid, particularly, a sample liquid to be analyzed by passing through a plurality of reaction chambers successively arranged along a flow of the liquid by using force generated by a capillary phenomenon. SOLUTION: Connecting parts 22, 24 and 26 include at least one channel 14 capable of transferring the liquid via itself on the basis of the force generated by the capillary phenomenon, and mutually separate along the channel 14, and include at least two closed exhaust ports 38, 40 and 42 communicable with the channel 14 by fluid. These connecting parts 22, 24 and 26 divide the channel 14 into several channel sections 44, 46 and 48. The communication by the fluid between the respective channel section 44, 46 and 48 and the exhaust ports 38, 40 and 42 allocated to the channels sections can be opened separately.
