PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To represent subtle sense and molding of high degree, and further to represent the beauty of a glass material itself. SOLUTION: One piece of a product is finished by five pieces of ingots by putting together four pieces of cubic oblong ingots (8 cm×8 cm×10 cm) and one piece of an ingot (16 cm×16 cm×4 cm). Previously a surface A, surface B, surface C, surface D and surface E are processed, and polishing operation is carried out so that flaws or the like generated in the processing operation become to the original state. Firstly surfaces B of 1 and 2 and surfaces D of 3 and 4 are put together. Then, a surface AC of 1, 2 and surfaces D of 3 and 4 are put together.Then, a surface AC of 3, 4 are put together. Lastly, four pieces are put on the surface E and all contacting surfaces are bonded to complete the processing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
