PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inserting device capable of inserting any object to a shaft very easily. SOLUTION: The inserting device for inserting the object to the shaft is equipped with a part to be guided 32b formed at the periphery of the device, a die member 30 having a fitting hole to admit fitting of the shaft, and a guide member 100 having a guide part 40 to guide the object in the axial direction of the shaft, wherein the guide part 40 is arranged so as to be moved in the direction of abutting to the part to be guided 32b, and the span between the shaft axis when the object is inserted to the shaft and the part to be guided 32b of the die member 30 is arranged to be substantially identical to the span between the shaft axis when the object is placed on the guide part 40 and inserted to the shaft and the part abutting to the guide part 40 of the object.
