PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish bank structure exhibiting fish-attracting effects by effectively utilizing seaweeds, etc., including spores of the seaweeds in seawater for forming a seaweed bed. SOLUTION: Partitioning periphery walls 14 for partitioning the surrounding of a wood frame structure 4 are installed on the wood frame structure 4, and many logs 3 are stood in the inside of the partitioning periphery walls 14. The periphery wall 14 has a lattice-shaped structure effectively gathering the seaweeds by the collision of the lattice-shaped structure and the seaweeds, etc., the reduction of flow velocity caused by the lattice-shaped structure, and the like. The many logs 3 gather the seaweeds 22, etc., in the partitioning periphery walls 14 by the collision, the baffle action and the like with the vigorous flow of the seawater.
