A portable telephone using a bone conduction speaker usable under high noise condition, wherein the bone conduction speaker is installed without projecting from the telephone main body case, so that it does not become an obstacle, without any trouble in making a foldable arrangement. It is characterized in that the bone conduction speaker is incorporated into the main body housing by directly fixing the diaphragm of the bone conduction speaker to the upper region of the front inner surface of the main body housing.
