<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feature amount calculating device for a soldering inspection which can acquire a feature amount in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The feature amount calculating device for the soldering inspection comprises a design information input part for inputting design information of an inspection target, an inspection standard input part for inputting an inspection standard, a solder shape calculation part for calculating shape information of a solder filet in response to the design information, and an inspection image calculation part for calculating an inspection image on the basis of the solder shape information. Further, the feature amount calculating device comprises a feature amount calculation part for calculating a feature amount from the inspection image, a solder shape quality determination part for determination the quality of the solder shape by using the inspection standard from the solder shape information, and a feature amount output for displaying or outputting the feature amount and quality determination results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
