<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field work support method, a system therefor and a recording medium which can provide work information and material and equipment information according to the operating status of field appliance for workers in field work support related to maintenance work. <P>SOLUTION: The field work support method, as its feature includes a step which generates work support data including a work list and a material and equipment list according to the status of field appliance which will be a work object on the basis of work rule data including work information on two or more field appliances, and material and equipment data including the material and equipment information; a step which selects a worker on the basis of positional information on workers, positional information on field appliance and positional information on the material and equipment; a step which transmits the generated work support data to a portable terminal of the selected worker; and a step which stores or displays the work support data in or on the portable terminal possessed by the worker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
