PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation instruction device complying with the physical exercise ability of a user.

SOLUTION: The operation instruction device comprises a sensor 201 placed in a device main body at approximately its center and detecting the physical exercise value of the device body. The user holds the device to conduct motion instructed by a motion contents instruction section 202 in the initial setting mode. The physical exercise value detected by the sensor 201 is normalized by a motion analysis section 203. The motion detection regions of the individual user are set by a motion detection region setting section 204. An operation contents allocation section 205 acquires the operation instruction contents by the function of the device to generate an operation instruction table allocated to each operation instruction content at each region of the motion detection regions. An operation determination section 206 determines whether the physical exercise value informed from the operation analysis section 203 is located in any region of the motion detection regions or not and outputs the allocated operation instruction contents to the device.
